Ingredients
Each batch is made for a specific customer. Depending on your dietary needs, we can easily substitute or eliminate certain ingredients or use different brands.
For example, we can use palm-based shortening or soy-based Crisco. Just let us know if there is an ingredient or brand you prefer!
We have two separate kitchens for the gluten-free cookies and the wheat containing cookies - so there is no cross-contamination.
Neither kitchen uses dairy, eggs, bean flours, soy flour, peanuts, tree nuts or seafood.
