Use the Sugar Cookie recipe (page 55 in "Let's Bake!") or Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe (page 68) to make large cookies like you see at your local shopping mall. They are perfect for birthdays, class parties, family get-togethers and holiday gifts. Decorate them with mock "Butter Cream" Icing (Page 113).
